Sleepy’s LLC, 482 Mass. 227 (2019): In a groundbreaking decision, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled that people who are in retail sales and are paid on a commission basis must receive separate pay for overtime hours worked and an employer cannot “credit” commissions towards those payments. 
• Marandino v. Peterson Oil, Inc., 1985CV00792 (2022): Consumer Protection action where the court certified class action of approximately 27,000 Worcester County residents who were allegedly provided fuel blended with elevated levels of biodiesel instead of regular #2 heating oil     
• More than $5.5 Million settlement with insurance company for regional retail company’s negligence in a consumer protection case
